The SpectroScan 40 & SpectrScan 60DV are two different models that are identical in specs and features but just different in the optical system that is Dual Split-Beam for the SpectrScan 40 and Double-Beam for the SpectroScan 60DV.

- Data and spectrum can be obtained via a printer port and a RS-232 interface (USB port).
